We are happy to welcome Cor Schepens to Epiphany. He joined our team this September as Business Development Manager.
Cor brings a broad and diverse background in deep-tech. He studied electrical engineering with a specialisation in analog design, but began his career as a digital chip designer. Over the years, his path led him through selling EDA tools, co-founding an EDA company, and filing patents in memory and RF-MEMS. He later applied graphene in both semiconductor and photonics contexts, which is where his interest in photonics took shape. He went on to file a patent for self-aligned photonic interposers and explored a start-up venture around the concept before joining Epiphany.
With hands-on experience across chip design, EDA, and photonics, Cor is familiar with both the technology and what it takes to bring it to market. We look forward to having his expertise contribute to Epiphany’s growth.
Outside of work, Cor is an enthusiastic padel player.
